Happy New Year everyone!
I can't believe how fast 2012 has come and gone and I can't wait to see what 2013 will be bringing into my life. I absolutely love this time of year. With new goals, aspirations, resolutions and everything else that comes with the new year there is also a fresh new colour chosen to represent this year and Pantone has declared emerald as this colour! Pantone described the colour as "Lively. Radiant. Lush... A colour of elegance and beauty that enhances our sense of well-being, balance and harmony." And I couldn't agree more. This colour exudes luxury and looks gorgeous on runway gowns and formal garments but as many of us will be toning it down to wear it in our day-to-day lives, I wanted to share with you some outfit ideas from the lookbook on pairing this rich colour in more casual ways.
